Jose Cuervo tequila, the ultimate authority in partying, searched high and low to find the biggest, most dedicated partiers of the year to induct into the Party Hall of Fame, the party equivalent of PEOPLE Magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People." The list of celebrity partiers range from movie stars to heavy metal rock stars to world-renowned playboys to, perhaps most surprisingly, politicians!

In conducting this survey, Jose Cuervo went straight to the experts, querying 823 bartenders from the trendiest bars across the country to determine who should be inducted into the Party Hall of Fame for the year 2000. The bartenders were asked to name the overall biggest partiers, as well as break the nightlife royalty down into categories. In addition, they were also asked to name the All-Time Party Hall of Fame inductees: Frank Sinatra, John F. Kennedy, Madonna, Steve Reubel, Hugh Hefner, Otis (from Animal House), Donald Trump, Bill Clinton & Marv Albert (tied for eighth place), Swifty Lazar, and Senator Bob Packwood & Mae West (tied for tenth place!).
