For Immediate Release New York, NY H&M, Europe’s leading fashion retailer, announces its new autumn/fall campaign featuring celebrity relatives Jerry Hall, her 5-year-old son Gabriel, and Jade Jagger and her two daughters, Amber and Assisi. From grandparents to grandchildren, the campaign highlights H&M’s wide range of fall styles for every member of the family. Shot in London by British photographer Tom Munro, the ads will be shown in all 17 countries where H&M has retail locations. In the U.S., the ads will appear in the fall issues of several high fashion magazines including Cosmopolitan, Jane, Vibe, Marie Claire, Lucky, Elle, and Interview. The campaign will also be supported by in-store displays, the H&M web site (www.hm.com) and on outdoor billboards in the New York metro area. “Our new fall campaign reinforces H&M’s wide range of stylish, high-quality, affordable designs for the entire family,” explained Karen Belva, public relations manager, H&M. “We wanted to show that you can dress stylish and hip whether you’re a mom, a grandmother or a child.” The offspring of Bianca and Mick Jagger, designer/model Jade Jagger last modeled for H&M in the company’s fall 2002 campaign. While actress/model Jerry Hall, who is the ex-wife of Mick Jagger, is making her debut as a model for the company. H&M has also previously featured Heidi Klum, Iman, Christy Turlington, Bridget Fonda, Johnny Depp, Benicio Del Toro and Claudia Schiffer. Created by H&M’s in-house designers, this year’s autumn/fall collection features glamorous sporty looks and masculine tailored pieces. The sportier collection, influenced by today’s hip-hop culture and the gym-fashions of the 80’s , consists of separates in pastel colors teamed with shiny fabrics and cotton textiles in neutral shades. Inspired by the sharp lines of the 60’s and the punk-era, H&M’s tailored-focused collection combines materials and patterns like pinstripes, glen checks and tweed with strong colors like cerise and pea green. Tailored separates are teamed with soft knitwear and feminine blouses. H&M is Europe’s leading fashion retailer offering fashion and quality at the best price. Marketing its own brand of clothing with a team of 95 in-house designers, H&M receives daily deliveries of new fashion styles and sells more than 600 million garments a year. H&M opened its first store in Sweden in 1947 and expanded with the first U.S. store on Fifth Avenue in New York City in 2000. Today, H&M has 56 U.S. stores, primarily in the Northeast region, and globally has more than 875 stores in 17 countries.
