H&M, EUROPE’S LEADING FASHION RETAILER, OPENS
ITS THIRD CHICAGO-AREA STORE ON STATE STREET

On Friday, February 27 at noon, H&M will open the doors to its second store in the Windy City. Located at 22 North State Street, the new 18,300 square foot store will feature two levels of high quality, affordable fashions and accessories as well as intimate apparel. H&M has been warmly received by Chicago residents since opening its mid-west flagship store on Michigan Avenue last fall.

“We are very excited to offer our customers another H&M in Chicago,” said Jennifer Uglialoro, public relations manager for H&M. “Now shoppers can enjoy three H&M stores in this market, and have increased access to fashion and quality at the best price.”

To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 shoppers in line will receive an exclusive H&M T-shirt and a coupon for 20% off their purchase on opening day at the new H&M store. Plus, there will be special grand opening offers, free giveaways from H&M and music entertainment by DJ Asher Siegal. The new H&M store’s hours will be Monday-Saturday 10a.m. - 7p.m. and Sunday 11a.m. - 6p.m.

H&M has two other locations in the Chicago area at 840 North Michigan Avenue and at Woodfield Shopping Center in Schaumburg. Both of these stores feature fashions and accessories for men, women, and children as well as plus sizes, maternity wear.
